Your challenge!

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the HR manager will partner with various team members and upper management to align and support the strategic business goals. The individual will have the opportunity to implement change and become a key partner of the leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for leading the Human Resource functions for professional and sales staff within the Tissue Industry.
  • Responsible for supervising, employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and change management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
  • 5-10 years in a Human Resource leadership role with progressive growth
  • Knowledge of Human Resource laws, practices, and labor is necessary to be successful in this position.
  • Strong Computer skills in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Human Resource Certification SHRM / SPHR / PHR (will need to obtain if you currently do not hold these designations).
