At our location in Scarborough, ON, you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Operations Support division of our team as the Project Leader – Operations Support:
 

Your Responsibilities:

Accountable:

  • Lead the coordination of multiple internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards for products delivered to top tier clients.

Responsible:

  • Attend and conduct display meetings for all new display orders.
  • Ensure timely ordering of inks and graphics (litho, Silkscreen, digital, etc.) to avoid production disruptions.
  • Order all required tooling for display jobs promptly to prevent production delays.
  • Gather and ensure accuracy of all necessary information for each display job.
  • Post all new projects on the display board and maintain updated status throughout ordering, production, and assembly.
  • Communicate project status to sales teams, obtaining relevant information as needed.
  • Learn shipping processes, especially for Mark IV displays.
  • Follow up on automaton orders to ensure readiness for production runs.
  • Support the customer service department as required, including setup specifications for display jobs, order entry, and other tasks.
  • Quote, set up, print, and follow up on all display projects.

  • Leadership qualities and ability to foster buy-in for proposed solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Good working knowledge of company machine capabilities.
  • Certification/Diploma/Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
