Being a fall intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Marc-Antoine Charron for the fall of 2024! 

• Support the HR Manager in clerical tasks such as hiring, data change, payroll information.
• Bring new ideas to help on employee engagement.
• Work on events and projects with the help of different committees inside the plant.
• Draft, correct and format various documents: appointment notices, presentations, memos, etc.
• Participate in onboarding of new employees and ensure they fill out the hiring forms and documents.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties related to the job.

You too, put your strengths forward:

• Pursuit of a degree in Human resources, or other related disciplines
• Experience with Microsoft programs, such as Excel.
• Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.
• A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
• Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
