  • Salary range for Production operator  from $21.30 with potential to scale up! 
  • Schedule (Rotating twelve (12) hour shifts and a varying schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends)
  • Hours from 6;45am to 6:45pm and 6:45pm to 6:45am.  
  • The ability to earn $60,000 within your first year.

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the Production operator :

 

  • Trained on up to 3 machines in your first year with a rate increase after successful certification. 

  • Follows all safety rules and procedures; attends and participates in daily crew safety. 

  • Learn the layout of the mill and gain knowledge of the papermaking process. 

  • Cleans up areas of the mill (stock off floor, slab paper, and other cleaning assignments); assists as general labor on equipment shutdowns. 

  • Works as a team with fellow operators on a variety of production responsibilities and problem-solving scenarios. 

  • Train to load and unload raw material and finished product. 

  • Assists with paper machine problems. 

  • Completes other tasks as requested by supervisor.
