About Cascades Greenpac Mill

Started in 2013, Greenpac Mill is a state-of-the-art 100% recycled linerboard mill in Niagara Falls, NY, supplying the corrugated box industry. Thanks to numerous technological advances, Greenpac manufactures one of the best linerboards in the industry and is a leader in terms of sustainable development.

Rotating twelve (12) hour shifts and a varying schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Shift hours are 6:45am - 7pm or 6:45pm - 7am

Job Responsibilities

• Support the overall operation of the Mill
• Keeping walkways clear of debris
• Heavy duty industrial cleaning
• Emptying compactor of discarded fiber
• Remove wastepaper from process in the dryer section

Skills & Qualifications

• Adaptable, hardworking, and a quick learner
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
• Good safety mindset
• Punctuality is a MUST
• Open and willing to work a rotating 12-hour shift, including holidays and weekends
• Communication

• Troubleshooting
• Conflict resolution
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing background is preferred
