***Please note that this position is based in Lachine, but travel to our facilities across Quebec (Kingsey Falls, Lachine, Candiac, Lachute) and the United States is expected. (25-50%) ***
- Inspect bales of recycled fibre in accordance with established standard operating procedures and audit schedules;
- Perform verification and calibration of measuring devices;
- Operate a state-of-the-art drill and optical sensing probe;
- Enter data from survey and audit results into RP Cascades accurately and in a timely manner;
- Communicate audit schedules and report audit results to management;
- Support the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures required for internal standards;
- Participate in investigations and complete root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for nonconformities;
- Perform analysis of audit reports and data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures as required.

- Be bilingual;
- Experience in the recycling or paper industry (an asset);
- Have a great knowledge of the concepts of continuous improvement;
- Have the ability to work in a manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and/or apply quality concepts and processes, including statistical bases;
- Strong interpersonal skills and rigour;
- Be available for travel within Canada and the United States. (permanent resident)
