  • Salary range for Continuous Improvement Advisor  between $90-95,000/year CAD based on skills and experience  

  
   

At our facility in Toronto you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery + division of our team as the Continuous Improvement Advisor :

 

  • Standardize key operation and business processes and make sure to involve the key players.  
  • Lead problem-solving teams to help find the root causes and drive quality improvements.  
  • Facilitate kaizen events and training sessions
  • Ensure Health & Safety rules are maintained and participate in risk assessments  
  • Participate in the creation of plans and roadmaps to drive positive changes  
  • Follow-up on the progress of the Lean initiatives in the facilities, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), drive Lean culture, support other Lean leaders and share best practices

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

  • University degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Environment, or other related hands-on experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams   
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing environment 
  • Familiar with Lean Excellence Tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Mapping, Waste Elimination an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills  
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization  
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects   
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Good team player
