Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first 4 weeks! 

2nd shift from 3pm - 11pm 

3rd shift from 11pm - 7am

Starting pay $18.00 and could make up $22 depending on experience! 

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Follow health and safety standards.
• Set up and operate the line.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications to meet the production targets (speed, setup time, downtime, scrap).
• Troubleshoot machine errors/shutdowns.
• Perform quality checks with basic measurement tools.
• Must be able to operate within production/quality management software (SAP)
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Train and mentor laborers on equipment functionality/processes

Must have 1-2 years of manufacturing, forklift, machine operating experience. 

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
Maintain consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative.
