Key Account Lead

Your challenge!

The Corporate/Enterprise account sales specialist is able to qualify sales opportunities, build and manage sales pipeline for assined accounts. They develop customer value propositions, offers integrated solutions in line with the business opportunities, customer needs and market context to achieve sales targets. The person is responsible to maximize sales and revenue growth through execution of account planning and development, provide input and direction in operating plans and tactics.

Job Responsibilities

- Growing and maintaining Cascades revenues with Regional branches

- For executing Sales Strategy in line with BU strategy and objectives

- Selling & execution at each branch level of the Corporate/Enterprise Accounts by developing key relationships with the local Sales organization

- Execute account plan with specific customer

- Focus on large / national end user accounts to support distribution sales

- Quarterly business reviews

- Ensure value added sales goals are met with specific customer

- Meet sales & profit goals- Coordination with Tandem Sales Specialist to acheive desired results, along with local Corporate/Enterprise DSR

- Ensure Cascades PRO offering is maximized regionally in addition to corporate

Desired experience

- At least 5 years of Distributor Sales experience, pulp and paper industry preferred

- Strong sales skills, communication, customer facing and judgment skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Deep understanding of Cascades products and services offerings across the organization

- Can easily build sales relationships (Cascades and customers) and ability to work with the local and regional branches person

- Can be located anywhere in the Continental US, must live near an airport to travel to visit distributors.
