Customer Service Representative

Your challenge!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CSR must have strong customer service skills, ability to effectively multi-task, and maintain professionalism at all times while working to impact objectives. The CSR works with multiple departments within the company, including clients, distribution, and our sales team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating order progression from entry to delivery across the US & Canada and multiple manufacturing/converting mills, ensuring all orders are processes and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Advise on product availability, order delivery dates, and other specific requests on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Resolve and respond to incoming inquiries and concerns from customers, mills, and other internal departments promptly. Acting as a liaison between the departments.

  • Ensure high quality customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Perform other related assigned duties as required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with progressive development.



Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Other relevant fields


Technical competencies

  • Experience in Customer Service a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal conflict resolution, and communication skills both verbal & written.

  • Must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

  • Have a strong understanding of, or the ability to learn company products.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required, or other related programs.

  • Experience in SAP a plus

  • Passport or Enhanced License preferred; occasional travel/training in Canada


Physical Requirements

  • This position requires sitting for extended periods of time at a desk, working on a computer.

  • Intermediate periods of standing/walking to the copy room.

  • Occasional standing to sort files.

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs on occasion.

  • There is not a work from home option with this position.

  • This is a list of major functions that the job requires on a regular basis.

  • Other, non-regular functions may/will be necessary with limited physical requirements
