The Tissue Group, a division of Cascades, is the second-largest tissue producer in Canada and the fifth-largest in North America. Your challenge!

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor’s mission is to manage his or her business unit’s operations and workforce in accordance with the budget, standards and best management and OHS practices in order to provide quality warehousing services. You thus plan and coordinate business partners’ production activities as well as the logistics required to maximize the warehouse capacity, and propose ways to improve current practices. You also train staff and encourage the adoption of healthy and safe work behaviours. As a result, you actively contribute to the achievement of your department's objectives in terms of optimizing business unit warehousing.

Individual responsibilities


Optimize warehousing while adhering to budgets and complying with standards and good practices in the area of operations, management and OHS.


Supervise operations, warehouse capacity maximization, labour management and planning.

Plan appropriate training for staff.

Rally staff around the unit’s vision and mission.

Promote staff safety.

Provide high-quality service.

Participate in the achievement of the unit’s occupational health and safety objectives.

Ensure continuous improvement of the unit’s practices.
