Your Challenge

As the HR Manager in Succession, this is an entry level position reporting into the Sector Director. This position is structured to allow you to learn the company and the processes while traveling to different locations and working directly with HR managers. You will learn how to work as a strategic business partner in HR, and develop exceptional employee relations skills.

What you will learn

 

  • Develop employee relations skills interacting with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Gain valuable leadership and training skills in a face paced environment.
  • Learn the coordination of safety programs and workers compensation
  • Organize and implement employee training programs.
  • Learn employee benefits and aid in administration.

What you need to bring to the role

 

  • Willingness to travel for 3-6 months at a time
  • A desire to learn and develop your HR skills
  • A want to work in manufacturing 
  • The ability to pivot as needed 
  • Some recruitment experience an asset 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Good interpersonal skills with high level communication skills.
  • High level of personal motivation and drive for organizational success.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to travel and obtain a Passport
  • Must be willing to relocate within the US when the permanent position is established.
