What you’ll do

As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

  • Create and execute daily action plans to achieve shift objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
  • Hold employees accountable to company policies, production expectations, safety standards, and attendance requirements.
  • Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates.
  • Support operators in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
  • Promote and enforce all safety, GMP, quality, and food safety requirements.
  • Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as needed.
  • Serve as a role model for company values and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
