• Salary range for Quality Tech  : $20.60 / hour (with $1 / hour night shift premium)
• Schedule : Must be available to work night shifts (7pm - 7:15am), with the first two weeks of training on day shift (48/36 hour rotating shifts)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton as the Quality Tech:

• Visually checking products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging.

• Working at a consistent speed to meet production KPI’s.

• Identifying and reporting product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing / production experience is required.

• Attention to detail is critical.

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and math skills.

• Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts.

• Good communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

• Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable transportation necessary and attendance is crucial.
