What you’ll do
As a Quality Tech, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Inspect products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies prior to packaging
- Package finished goods accurately on an assembly line
- Maintain a consistent production pace to meet KPI targets
- Identify and report product defects, packaging issues, or equipment concerns
- Follow all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your strengths as a Quality Tech
You are a natural fit for this role if:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products carefully
- Ability to perform basic math to count and verify quantities
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle materials with precision
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Exposure to noise and varying temperatures
- Fast-paced, repetitive production environment
