• Base Salary Range for SENIOR CONTROLLER $92k-$139k
• Total Cash Compensation = Annual Base Salary + Profit Sharing Target

At our Cascades facilities in Wagram, North Carolina you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as the Senior Controller:
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that accounting for inventory quantities, capital assets and operating costs is reliable, complete, and accurate.
• Rigorously analyze operating cost performance indicators
• Disseminate appropriate information.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to your plant’s decision-making process.
• Support your sector’s management in improving business processes.
• Maintain an effective control structure to minimize the business risks inherent in operations and fraud.
• Apply the best administrative and accounting, financial management and sales practices in accordance with your plant’s needs.
• Supervise financial analysts.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

• Accounting or finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions
• Must have SAP experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years’ experience of related professional Managerial Accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP software
