What you’ll do
As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Helping out on the production floor
- Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
- Constant team work and trouble shooting
- Ensuring Quality in all products
- Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
- Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
- Working safely while meeting production
Your strengths as a Cascader
You are a natural fit for this role if:
- You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility
- Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills
- A high school diploma
- Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment
- Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
- Job consistency
- Enjoys working as a team
