• Pay: Starting at $21/hr 
• Schedule: Flexible schedule depending on your school schedule. 
  • Monday to friday - With occasional availability on weekends to attend events such as job fairs

Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of JESSIE B JACOBS, as our new HR Intern:
 

• Assist in projects within the HR team including Recruiting, Communication, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement, Safety, and Training 

• Facilitation of presentations, project management, involvement in employee engagement activities (ex. Family fun day, end-of-year celebration), change management, etc.

• Tailor experiences to individual employees, comfortability sorting and organizing data

• Pursuit of a degree in HR, Business or a related field 
• Self starter, detail oriented, comfortable in a fast paced enviroment 
• Comfortable with Microsoft office programs and Canva (Not required)
• Reliable transportation as this location is not near a bus route
