Individual responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative . e Inside Sales Representative is responsible for communicating Cascades' value proposition to customers and achieving revenue and margin objectives by: acquiring new customers and maintaining stability through lead qualification; following up on inbound leads, cold calls and outbound emails; managing existing customer accounts through understanding customer needs; connecting with remote customers to maintain strong relationships and provide value-creating ideas; and developing and executing account plans to ensure growth and margin. This role will create quotes, negotiate with customers, answer customers' technical questions, understand the competitive dynamics of the market and Cascades' ability to differentiate, and work closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, Design and Finance teams.

 

  • Maintain and grow revenues in its accounts
  • Support the creation and negotiation of contracts for its accounts
  • Develop the client portfolio
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets
  • Identify leads according to our strategy and business rules
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with the use of digital tools
  • Develop and manage account plans for small regional accounts within established guidelines (revenue targets)
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast to the team
  • Facilitate integration and ensure a consistent approach to customers across Cascades SBUs
  • Establish and develop key relationships with internal teams (purchasing, category management, pricing, technical, accounting, quality control)
  • Utilize and update the CRM

  •  Have experience in the sales field
  • Be versatile and able to do several tasks related to sales (EComm)
  • Be bilingual 
  • Be autonomous and able to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of the products and services offered by Cascades in your region
  • Ability to research accounts and identify key players using digital tools
  • Possess a customer-centric approach with the ability to identify customer needs, issues and interests
  • Ability to analyze competitive activities and the potential of new products and services
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible to handle accounts in different markets
  • Ability to work with various hierarchical levels, including the executive level
