Develop your expertise as part of a dynamic team of customer service representatives in our Containerboard Packaging Division.

Responsibilities : 

  •  Ensure quick and efficient processing of the order or requirement to the satisfaction of the customer or supplier; 
  • Follow up on the order or requirement, from acceptance to delivery or completion; 
  • Takes part in the "root cause & correct of action" by collaborating with key stakeholders; 
  • Plan deliveries by coordinating inventory status and order shipments to meet business partners' capacity; 



To do this, you should inevitably 

  • Have an analytical mind and an interest in continuous improvement; 
  • Demonstrate rigor with a customer-centric approach; 
  • Collaborate with representatives from various internal and external departments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (essential) 
  • Knowledge of SAP (an asset) 
  • Ideally, you have 3 years' experience in the manufacturing sector.
