Your Role

As Scale Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

  • Process inbound and outbound truck loads by weighing, recording, and validating scale tickets
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weights, commodities, and shipment details
    Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and legal weight requirements
  • Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation
  • Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain organized records and complete end-of-day and month-end reporting tasks
  • Identify and escalate errors or inconsistencies that could impact billing or operations

 

 

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Scale Coordinator if you have

 
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or data entry roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with drivers and operational teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, plant-based environment
  • Experience in transportation, manufacturing, or scale operations (asset)
