Your Role
As Scale Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Process inbound and outbound truck loads by weighing, recording, and validating scale tickets
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weights, commodities, and shipment details
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and legal weight requirements
- Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized records and complete end-of-day and month-end reporting tasks
- Identify and escalate errors or inconsistencies that could impact billing or operations
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Scale Coordinator if you have
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or data entry roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with drivers and operational teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, plant-based environment
- Experience in transportation, manufacturing, or scale operations (asset)
