Job responsibilities:
70% of your time will be spent collecting, consolidating and analyzing technical information on our equipment with the production and plant management team, and in close collaboration with the IT team. You will collaborate in the creation and maintenance of master data in SAP; in the definition of standard product costs and production range quotations; and support investment decision-making, ensuring machine data governance and accuracy.
- Collect data on production equipment and dies: limit dimensions, product styles, etc.
- Analyze data and prepare equipment master data for transfer to SAP/Aicomp.
- Regularly review standard machine speeds to maintain correct standard costs.
- Data governance when adding or transferring equipment.
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, design, finance, planning and sales teams.
- User support
30% of your time will be spent participating in, monitoring and resolving issues/initiatives related to the evolution of our manufacturing processes and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field;
- Five years' experience in manufacturing or other relevant experience;
- SAP, CTI & Power BI experience
- Bilingualism required (French/English);
- Experience in the pulp and paper industry (an asset);
- Knowledge of production equipment
- Proficiency in Excel (required).
