On the marketing side, our teams are actively working to develop strategies to support the sales team by creating various tools to promote Cascades products throughout North America.

Job Responsibilities

-Lead the execution of e-CRM and marketing automation programs.
-Create and execute campaigns for B2C and B2B clients.
-Create customer paths and marketing triggers based on customer behavior and data.
-Establish segmentation and targeting criteria for media execution.
-Implement testing strategies, including A / B and multi-variant testing.
-Measure and analyze the performance of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
-Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and build an optimization process.
-Work with marketing teams to identify opportunities in terms of content and customer segments.
-Collaborate with the media team to provide customer segmentation and define targeting parameters.
-Manage the distribution of all qualified sales leads.

Desired experience

-3+ years of experience in e-mail marketing and digital strategy
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field.
-Experience in marketing automation with the following tools: Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
-Solid knowledge in campaign creation, triggers, segmentation and dynamic content.
-Solid knowledge of list growth
-Working knowledge of HTML
-Experience in B2B digital marketing
-Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing and the ability to work with diverse teams.
