Sales Coordinator

Your challenge!

Reporting to the General Sales Manager or the Key Account Manager, the Sales Coordinator’s mission is to support the Sales team in coordination and analysis, ensuring that all necessary data and support documents are available to facilitate customer approach, prospecting and development. You play a key role in the governance and updating of sales master data as well as the coordination and preparation of account planning activities. You act as a bridge between the client and the organization across all Cascades' strategic business units for all accounts associated with the portfolio under your responsibility. You maintain relationships with people within client companies and foster good relationship with them. In this way, you contribute to optimizing Cascades' sales and revenue growth objectives. 

Individual responsibilities


Coordinate the account planning process and preparing the various reports (account plans, dashboard, executive summary)

Monitor important contract dates with regard to price increases, volume rebates, renewal etc.

Prepare and coordinate sales-related events and projects

Draft and prepare presentations, proposals and sales reports for prospective customers

Maintain and update internal sales tracking systems

Complete and answer to all the requests from customer regarding the questionnaires / information about Cascades
