RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and modify shipments in accordance with our standards, load optimization and efficiency
• Manage dispatching of shipments and follow up with different internal partners
• Work with internal partners to plan loads to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate appointments and schedules with customers
• Analyze and plan requests for loading and unloading
• Manage 4PL changes and exceptions
• Ensure high-quality service by maintaining communication with partners and clients
• Respond to different requests from external clients, plants and truck drivers
• Coordinate inbound receiving of sheets, finished goods, production materials
• Support divisional and corporate objectives including health & safety, productivity, continuous improvement, innovation, quality, waste and 5S;

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

• Excellent skills in day-to-day planning and organizing to meet organizational objectives.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and monitor quality of work while honoring commitments.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics.
• Proficient use of various computer programs (SAP, 4PL, MS Office);
• Knowledge of the corrugated industry would be an asset;
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Possesses good knowledge of the Office Suite.
