• Salary range for the Finance and Administration Technician is $50k - $55k / year and is based on experience

At Cascades in Schenectady, NY, and in support of the regional team, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Finance & Administration Technician:
 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform account reconciliations 
• Manage the suppliers accounts (payables) 
• Enter transactions in the various accounting software 
• Ensure that the data into the system is complete and accurate 
• Provide administrative support to the local management team 

In order to do so, you must: 

• Have a collaborative spirit – to work effectively with all team members 
• Have a high level of autonomy and enthusiasm
• Be proactive and solutions driven

You too, put forward your strengths: 

• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, word, Powerpoint)  
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience in account payables 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience 
• In possession of an accounting diploma or Associates degree
• Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
