Blossom by deploying your expertise within our Containerboard Packaging Division as a Sales Coordinator:



* Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville*.


Responsibilities :


- Oversee sales operations processes and ensure the quality of customer information shared with cross-functional teams:


  • Gather, analyze and share customer information required for new customer creation and credit applications.
  • Modify/update sales hierarchy with master data team.
  • Monitor corrective actions and preventative action plan for customer complaints with Operations and Customer Service teams.
  • Support the training process (creation and delivery) for "lead to order " processes and tools.
  • Coordinate product qualification and testing for customers.
  • Responsible for coordinating the dispatch of sample kits to customers.
  • Update price lists, special agreements and ensure adequate communication with all stakeholders, support the price change process in collaboration with the finance team.


- Support sales in account planning activities:


  • Collaborate with sales on new opportunities and customer onboarding.
  • Monitor key dates and changes for sales teams: contract, opportunities, sales KPIs, etc.
  • Prepare and share customer dash board using Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
  • Collaborate with sales in the preparation of customer proposals for existing customers and new prospects.
  • Complete customer requests: RFI, RFP, questionnaires, etc.



- Be responsible for the management of all company activities, organization and implementation of company strategy;

- Collaborate on business initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, conducting analyses and developing recommendations.

  • Between five (5) and ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced use of the Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be an asset
  • Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
