Responsibilities

• Participate in customer strategy by providing analysis and recommendations to internal partners: pricing, benchmarking, production costs, etc. (50% of time);

• Support business partners in applying and monitoring business processes;

• Analysis of margin improvement by supporting the sales team in various initiatives (30%);

• Optimization of tools, processes and data;

• Understanding and interpreting partners' and customers' needs in order to provide them with appropriate responses;

• Analysis and explanation of monthly and quarterly sales results;

• Rigorous analysis of performance indicators and sector profitability.

• Rigor and agility (essential!);

• A strong sense of organization and priorities;

• Integrity and discernment for sound decision-making;

• Good command of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software, and PowerBI (an asset);

• Fluency in French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
