Blossom by deploying your expertise within the HR team of our Containerboard Packaging Division: 

  

  • Provide outstanding consulting services to employees and managers in the departments under your responsibility; 

  • Supports and advises managers in analyzing their needs and finding solutions; 

  • Plan priority actions using HR-related performance indicators and the HR dashboard (Power BI); 

  • Determines workforce requirements, including succession planning, within the investment and operating budgets; 

  • Participates in the recruitment process in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise; 

  • Organizes the induction and integration of new employees and ensures post-hiring follow-up. 

  • Listen to employees and support them in their development through training and co-development sessions; 

  • Use your creativity and talent to continuously improve processes and update HR policies; 

  • Propose a multitude of employee engagement initiatives and participate in various head office committees (OHS committee, building social committee, etc.).

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management, and are a member of the Ordre des CRHA (an asset); 

  • You have at least 5 years' experience as an HR consultant, HR business partner or talent acquisition consultant; 

  • Your professionalism is matched only by your great personality; 

  • Your creativity is stimulated by the HR challenges of the future, and you're inquisitive; 

  • You have effective communication skills and the discernment to make the right decisions; 

  • You are fluent in both French and English, so you can communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
