Cascades Moulded Pulp is searching for one Continuous Improvement/Quality Professional to join our team in Rockingham, NC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this highly skilled individual is charged with the task of developing, managing and executing continuous improvement strategies across our organization in keeping with our Mission, Goals and Objectives.

Job Responsibilities


  • Driving continuous improvement to advance safety, quality and efficiency including training, process improvements and establishing standard work – One Certification
  • Leading the facility efforts in quality and safety functions, through management of all quality systems, and facilitation of the plant safety committee and initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing timelines and action plans for cost reduction activities.
  • Support the integration of new and existing equipment
  • Attend team meetings to provide findings and suggested recommendations.
  • Performing other related duties as required or requested.



3+ years of relevant business experience required, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Well versed in Continuous Improvement concepts and implementation.
Strong Excel capabilities.
Organized with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve short and long term goals.
Creative and progressive thinker with excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate with others at all levels in writing and verbally.
Flexible and adaptive approach to change.
