We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in Canada. Based in Prince George, this role is vital to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and supporting Cascades' commitment to sustainability and innovation.

What you’ll do
As a CR Operator 1, you’ll be at the heart of operations—right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Perform daily pre-trips / blowdowns on equipment prior to operating
- Load and unload outbound trucks
- Remove bales from baler and stack in yard
- Remove glass bags from dock area – and stack in yard
- Help sort Recovery Plus loads and PSB Bales
- Tip glass bags when needed
- Complete necessary paperwork related to shipping/ receiving / production etc.
- Maintain a clean work area and enforce safety expectations/ violations
- Help in other areas when required.
- Able to keep calm in a highly intense environment.
- Excellent attendance record
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed
