- Starting pay is $20.98
- Schedule - 12hr rotating shifts (2, 2, 3 shift pattern)
- Every 4 week swing - 6:45am - 7pm and 6:45pm - 7am (Alternate between Days & Nights every 4 weeks, 2 scheduled weekends off a month)
- Profit sharing plan
- One week vacation after 6 months and 2 weeks' vacation after 1 year.
- Holiday hours worked are paid at double-time, Sunday hours are paid at time & half.

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Rockingham, as the Lead Hand :
- Observe charts and gauges, and turn valves to adjust flow, vacuum, and air control to molds.
- Operate drying sections to adjust heat to combat over or under drying.
- Change mold dies by hand using hand tools.
- Effectively monitor production equipment.
- Provide feedback to appropriate personnel regarding quality issues.
- Learn entire process that includes pumps, valves, motors, vacuum, air pressure, speeds, flow, temperature, etc.
- Maintain necessary records and reports.
- Ensure all functions are accomplished safely and correctly by following the work instructions.
- Support the Safe Quality Food Packaging system, as well as all other company policies and programs.

- MUST have Machine Operator experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure.
- Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to work 12hr rotational shift
