At our Cascades facilities in Rockingham North Carolina, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as a Finance and Administration Technician:
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily follow-up on the status of payables related to the plants.

• Participate in updating data tools to support the controller and financial analyst in follow-ups and analyses.

• Handle various billing tasks.

• Update presentations using PowerPoint.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the system.

• Perform general office and administrative work as required.

• Assist in period-end closings (monthly and annual).

• Contribute to the operational and administrative efficiency of the department.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

• Accounting or finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to set priorities.

• Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a certificate, AEC, or diploma in accounting.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in accounts payable.

• Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel at an advanced level.

• Experience working with SAP software or another ERP.
