• Salary range for Production Supervisor in Training is $62,978 - $94,467 / year & is based on experieince

• Achieve operational efficiency objectives by optimizing resources and applying business processes rigorously.
• Manage occupational health and safety and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Build and mobilize a competent team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor operating parameters and address performance gaps with action plans.
• Coordinate workforce planning, training, and continuous communication with your team.
