Your Role

As Production Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

  • Champion a safety-first culture in a fast-paced waste recycling environment
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, recycling standards and company policies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators and material handlers
  • Support training, onboarding, and skills development, ensuring a competent and versatile workforce
  • Supervise daily receiving, sorting, grading, and shipping of recycled materials
  • Monitor operational KPIs (throughput, downtime, contamination rates, inventory levels) and adjust priorities in real time
  • Ensure proper equipment utilization (loaders, balers, conveyors, forklifts) and escalate maintenance needs
  • Identify operational gaps and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste

 

 What you bring

You're a natural fit for Production Supervisor if you have:

  • 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, logistics, or industrial operations
  • Experience in waste management, material recovery, or heavy industrial environments is a strong asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Experience with MS365, Power BI and SAP or other ERP system
  • Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
