Your challenge!

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Asset Owner’s mission is to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or several line(s) including creating and executing daily action plan, developing production operators, and supporting the Process Lead and Maintenance Lead in improvement, and sustainability of Daily Management System (DMS) elements as well as Health & Safety training. You own Daily Rhythm & Schedule (DRS) and Clean Inspect & Lubricate (CIL) processes.

Individual responsibilities

Accountable
Develop and execute on shift action plan and daily action plan as part of T1 and T2 meetings
Present daily updates and action plans in T3
Define, implement, and continuously improve CIL processes while coaching operators to follow standard practices
Execute quality control activities/processes (WIP & finished goods)

Responsible
Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses
Validate daily quality tests and addresses any issues
Share best practices with other Asset Owners
Perform Health and Safety audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment; owns A-risks
Support the DRS action plans and address time losses at assets
Ensure continuous improvement of DRS board to align with evolving operational needs
Coach operators on how to properly communicate through the different DRS meetings
Coach operators and evaluates performance as part of annual review
Support Lean Leadership Pillar and Autonomous Asset Management Pillar
Creation, review and improvement of clean, inspect & lubricate (CIL) processes and execution
Assess asset performance & correct situation
Assess material consumption & correct situation
Risk management and analysis of equipment and tasks
Document management (standard operating procedures "SOP's")
