• Base Salary Range for Plant Controller is $92k - $139k  
• Profit Sharing Target + Base Salary = Total Cash Compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of employees by supporting and leading a rigorous safety program that promotes a “Safety is #1” culture and environment. 
• Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools. 
• Communicate, lead, and support the plan that will achieve targets in terms of production capacity, standardization of operating costs, quality, engagement and health and safety.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

• Servant leadership mindset with experience building and developing teams in the manufacturing sector. 
• A collaborative spirit that inspires and engage teams to achieve excellence.

• Mechanical and or maintenance/reliability engineering experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related technical degree and or Business Administration.  Work toward a degree combined with experience will be considered.
• 5+ Years of progressive leadership & learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing and SAP or other ERP experience.
• Paper manufacturing experience, specifically in converting operations.
