By applying for your expertise within our facility in Pryor OK, as a Logistics Supervisor : 

  • Direct daily logistics, shipping, warehousing, and material handling activities to support operational efficiency.
  • Supervise Logistics Coordinators, Shippers, and material handling personnel, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
  • Manage employee scheduling, time and attendance, and workplace accountability.
  • Ensure production lines remain clear of debris and that baled materials are processed and removed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are completed correctly and in real time.
  • Oversee cycle count activities and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, and Operations teams to address shipping priorities, inventory issues, and production delays.
  • Enforce company safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize material flow.

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of logistics, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material flow processes.
  • Proven experience managing employee performance, attendance, and accountability.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred; paper industry experience is not required
