Your Role

As Learning and Development Advisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 

Your scope includes:

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across operations. 

   

• Develop learning strategies and training roadmaps. 

   

• Create and update training materials and operating documentation. 

   

• Deliver classroom and on-the-floor training programs. 

   

• Support onboarding and development of new employees. 

   

• Partner with asset owners to build equipment operation manuals. 

   

• Lead continuous improvement of learning and development processes. 

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Learning and Development Advisor if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role. 

   

• Experience in a manufacturing environment. 

   

• Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing operations. 

   

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

   

• Experience developing and delivering training programs. 

   

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI. 

   

• Basic photo and video editing skills.
