DEVELOPMENT WORK WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support workforce planning requirements that involve the support of recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
  • Job shadow an HR Manager to learn about benefits, leave of absence, employee relations (union and non-union), company policies, etc.
  • Learn HR systems, reporting requirements and payroll practices.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

  • Highly motivated and driven to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication skills that support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centered approach.
  • Sound judgement to make appropriate decisions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. 
  • Program participants are recent graduates and/or candidates with 1-3years’ experience in a Human Resource generalist role. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship is not offered for these positions.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to get a passport.
  • Relocation required; this program involves 3 1-year assignments in the US. 
  • Must be able to work on-site full time.
