Your Role

As a Key Account Lead*, you will lead a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts across the US, serving as a trusted partner to customers and a key contributor to Cascades’ growth strategy.

You will:

  • Own and grow strategic, high-volume accounts with long sales cycles and multi-site complexity
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive revenue, retention, and market share
  • Identify and lead growth opportunities across products, geographies, and customer segments
  • Negotiate large-scale agreements and influence senior decision-makers
  • Act as the primary relationship owner, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer service to deliver value-driven solutions

 

What You Bring

You're a natural fit for Key Account Lead* if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (packaging industry strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing large, strategic account portfolios (3+ years), ideally in CPG, corrugated, or related industries
  • Strong track record of negotiation, growth, and relationship management at the senior level
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key stakeholders
  • Comfort with travel up to 40% within the U.S.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with CRM tools
