• Experience: Some manufacturing experience and consistent work history preferred.
• Other: Applicants must pass background check, physical/drug screen.
• Hours: Must be available for rotation shifts, overtime, and job family rotation.

• You will be trained on up to 3 machine operator positions in your first year with a rate increase after successful certification.
• Follows all safety rules and procedures; attends and participates in daily crew safety.
• Learn the layout of the mill and gain knowledge of the papermaking process.
• Cleans up areas of the mill (stock off floor, slab paper, and other cleaning assignments); assists as general labor on equipment shutdowns.
• Works as a team with fellow operators on a variety of production responsibilities and problem-solving scenarios.
• Train to load and unload raw material and finished product.
• Assists with paper machine problems.
• Completes other tasks as requested by supervisor.
