In the role of Specialty Packaging Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Manager and have a clear mission: to drive the company's revenue growth. This entails executing your group's business plan, with a strong emphasis on improving sales profitability, fostering growth, and expanding account reach within the region, market, and portfolio you oversee, focusing on beer and wine packaging. It is vital to remain current on shifts in customer needs and emerging market opportunities as you implement your sales initiatives and establish and manage the action plan for regional accounts,
Your role also involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams, where you'll provide valuable market insights, adjust the marketing strategy, and update customer profiles and their specific needs data. Furthermore, your experience in beer and wine packaging is of utmost importance, as it will be integral to identifying opportunities in this specialized sector. You'll actively seek ways to develop existing accounts and cultivate relationships with potential customers.
Lastly, building and nurturing strong customer relationships is the foundation of your position, ensuring top-notch customer service and maximizing profitability in your sector. Your expertise in beer and wine packaging will be a significant asset in achieving these objectives, underscoring your ability to excel in this role.
Individual responsibilities
Accountable
Maintain and growing revenues for their accounts
Support contract creation and negotiation for their accounts
Approvide and follow up on account plan goals according to established guidelines
Facilitate integration and ensuring coherent customer approach among Cascades SBUs
Build and develop key relationships at all levels of the account's organization (Procurement, Category Management, Pricing, Technical, Accounting, Quality Control)
Responsible
Validate customer quotation and pricing for all region/market accounts based on margin ranges
Educate and train customers on products and solutions
Manage contract creation and negotiation for regional accounts
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to team
Develop and managing account plans for regional accounts according to given guidelines (i.e. revenues)
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Use and update the CRM
Manage mostly A and B customers.
Experiences and strengths
Customer focus
Ability to identify customers' needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
Ability to demonstrate products and solutions; actively involved in knowledge transfer on Cascades’ solutions within our Sales team and to customers
Specialty packaging experience in the beer and wine industry/breweries and distilleries is a must
Self-driven person
Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions
Superior knowledge of the market and customers/consumers
Strong influencer and leadership skills
Master of negotiation with strong networking abilities that stay on top of customers and market signals to secure opportunities
Ability to develop a thorough understanding of Cascades' offering to identify and report cross-selling opportunities
Ability to serve as the market expert within our organization
Ability to actively participate, together with Account Managers, in key phases of the sales process with prospects
Ability to promote a positive company image and develop long-term relationships with customers
