We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Technician with a specialized focus on ultrasound analysis to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency and longevity of our machinery and equipment through proactive maintenance and reliability practices. • Salary range for Reliability Technician  $23.40-$43.55 depending on skills and experience
• Monday-Friday; 7AM-3PM

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for :

• Ultrasound Analysis:
  • Conduct routine ultrasound inspections of mechanical, electrical, and operational systems to detect anomalies and potential failures.
  • Interpret ultrasound data to diagnose issues such as leaks, electrical discharges, and mechanical wear.
  • Utilize ultrasound technology to monitor lubrication effectiveness and optimize lubrication practices.
• Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs based on findings from ultrasound analysis.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement solutions and enhancements that improve machinery reliability and performance.
  • Document maintenance activities and ultrasound analysis results accurately.
• Reliability Improvement:
  • Develop and refine ultrasound inspection routines to enhance the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
  • Recommend changes in maintenance strategies based on ultrasound analysis findings.
  • Participate in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) sessions.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide training and guidance to other maintenance staff on the use of ultrasound equipment and interpretation of results.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and reliability practices.
  • Support the maintenance team in other reliability techniques and practices as needed.

• Certification in Ultrasound Analysis from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance reliability role with a focus on ultrasound analysis.
• Proven track record of improving machine reliability and performance through ultrasound diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using ultrasound diagnostic equipment and interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions including heat, noise, and dust.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as required.
