  • Salary range for Reliability Lead  between $80,000 and $100,000 USD annually and is based on experience
  • This position includes an on-call rotation of one (1) day per week and one (1) weekend every eight (8) weeks

  
   

At our facility in Niagara Falls you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Reliability Lead :

 

  • Prioritize and manage needed maintenance tasks with the Line Centric Team (LCT), coordinating shutdowns and equipment modifications in the stock preparation department
  • Use CMMS (SAP) to create and track work orders and purchase orders for the preventative maintenance program
  • Collaborate with the Reliability Engineer on root cause analysis and track action items to prevent equipment failures
  • Lead initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency, including power-saving strategies
  • Analyze downtime reports while identifying trends and providing insights for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a maintenance industrial setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial technology or other related degree or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills to assess equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Driven and proactive approach to identifying and resolving reliability issues
  • Adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage with maintenance staff and operators
  • Proficient in maintenance processes, organizational abilities, and a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles
