At our Cascades plant in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical:
 

• Inspire the Electrical and Instrumentation team to achieve world-class safety and technical support.
• Set strategic KPIs and ensure the mill's preventative and responsive E&I program.
• Manage all responsive, predictive, and preventive maintenance workflows.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical and troubleshooting practices.
• Lead continuous improvement through work order documentation, failure analysis, and RCA processes.

• Ideal candidate will have 10 years of supervisory experience in an electrical manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing teams with a focus on achieving goals.
• Expertise in electrical safety practices and KPI management.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with production and maintenance teams.
• Dedication to fostering a positive work environment and promoting health and safety.
• SAP-CMMS experience preferred
