• Salary Range for Maintenance Supervisor from $57,866 to $86,799

• Develop and maintain a weekly schedule for planned maintenance orders to meet operational objectives.
• Evaluate and maximize the availability of equipment and workforce for maintenance work.
• Continuously improve and maintain maintenance and reliability management systems.
• Optimize unit operational efficiency and performance.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

• Strong technical expertise and mechanical aptitude
• Experience planning maintenance work in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Effective organizational and collaboration skills 
• Demonstrated capability to communicate seamlessly with internal production and maintenance teams, as well as external service providers, aiming to minimize downtime and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and priorities 
• Proactively address issues by proposing effective solutions
