Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Sales Coordinator’s mission is to support the Sales team in coordination and analysis, ensuring that all necessary data and support documents are available to facilitate customer approach (prospecting, development) and setup with Cascades operations. You play a key role in the governance and updating of sales master data as well as the coordination and preparation of account planning activities. You act as a bridge between the client and the organization across all Cascades' strategic business units for all accounts associated with the portfolio under your responsibility. You maintain relationships with people within client companies and foster good relationship with them. In this way, you contribute to optimizing Cascades' sales and revenue growth objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

 

 

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Sales Coordinator’s mission is to support the Sales team in coordination and analysis, ensuring that all necessary data and support documents are available to facilitate customer approach (prospecting, development) and setup with Cascades operations. You play a key role in the governance and updating of sales master data as well as the coordination and preparation of account planning activities. You act as a bridge between the client and the organization across all Cascades' strategic business units for all accounts associated with the portfolio under your responsibility. You maintain relationships with people within client companies and foster good relationship with them. In this way, you contribute to optimizing Cascades' sales and revenue growth objectives.

 

 

  • Coordinate sales operational process and quality of customer information communicated to crossfunctional teams.
  • Responsible for effective communication and initiative tracking between sales and other functions.
  • Coordinate customer claims processes with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible to gather, analyze and share all information required to create a new customer/ship to (master data) and credit applications.
  • Support sales team for new quotes request, when needed (vacation, overflow).
  • Responsible to provide all information required to create to items in SAP.
  • Monitor important contract dates regarding price increases, volume rebates, renewal and sales funnel status.
  • Prepare and coordinate sales-related events and projects
  • Prepare and share customer dashboards with customers
  • Draft and prepare proposal in collaboration with sales representative for current customer and new prospects
  • Complete and answer to all the requests from customer regarding the questionnaires, forms and informations about Cascades
