Job Description

We are currently looking for our newest Store Clerk at our Mississauga position. If you are great at staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and juggling multiple roles at once; this will be a great opportunity for you. This is a day shift Monday to Friday position with OT available. If you or someone you know has experience as a store clerk in a manufacturing environment apply today as this position won't be available for a long.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting), investigating why or how counts are not as expected
  • Monitor daily physical inventory levels of critical components to the mill and adjust inventory levels as required 
  • Update CMMS system linking inventory to equipment
  • Tracking and updating CMMS from “signed out stock” forms
  • Managing the delivery/unloading of equipment and parts ordered from vendors
  • Investigating history of parts not used and actively updating CMMS system
  • Assist maintenance and production personnel and contractors in the location of inventory as required
  • Inform requisitioner when goods are received for non-stock items and distribute them accordingly
  • Set up and support various vendor management programs as required
  • Stores housekeeping and maintaining 5S standards
  • Create repair material report in CMMS system for all maintenance parts going out for repair and arrange for shipment and customs documentation
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information on inventory items in CMMS System
  • Monitor and verify all receipts against purchase orders and packaging slips, and interact with accounts payable as necessary 
  • Plant Buyer Holiday Coverage


  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Training in Business, Inventory and Purchasing
  • Forklift License/experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
