Bilingual Key Account Lead

Your challenge!

Reporting to the General Sales Manager (Consumer Packaging), the Major Account Leader will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities, as well as establishing and managing the Major Account Prospecting Funnel. You will develop customer value propositions and offer integrated solutions that correspond to business opportunities, customer needs and market context, in order to achieve sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • To grow the distribution network in Western Canada and maintain the current network in Central and Eastern Canada.
  • Increase and maintain revenues from Cascades' strategic customers;
  • Develop sales strategies in line with the business unit's strategy and objectives;
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for major accounts based on profit ranges;
  • Manage activities related to the creation and negotiation of contracts for major accounts;
  • Establish and manage the Major Account Account Plan in accordance with current guidelines (e.g. revenues);
  • Establishes and maintains important relationships at all levels of client organizations;
  • Ensures customer satisfaction.

 

Finally, in the specificity of the distribution aspect of the position, he will have to :

  • Introduce Cascades' innovations to distributors;
  • Ensure the cost structure and governance of margins;
  • Protect and maintain a professional and harmonious relationship with the distributor;
  • Ensure respect and a work ethic between the different distributors;
  • Respect and monitor the logistics of Canada-wide deliveries.

Your background and strengths

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields;
  • Experience in sales and account management;
  •  Ideally, he will have already worked for a distributor, regardless of the industry.
  • Perfectly bilingual, both orally and in writing.
  • Fluent in MS Office, CRM and other software (MS Office suite, CRM, etc.).
